Hi all, Welcome to my blog on New Literacies for Internet Comprehension! My name is Nicole Deady and I am currently in the masters program of Reading- Language, Literacy and Culture at Bridgewater State University. I have never attempted a blog before so bear with me as I find my way as a new blogger! I just finished my undergrad in Elementary Education with a double major in Studio Art at Bridgewater. I am currently working as a special education aide at my local elementary school with second and third grade students. I have a range of experience from working with first grade all the way up to seventh grade and everything in between. I've also dabbled in physical education, art, and special education. Once I have completed my masters program I will be looking to have my own classroom, ideally in second or third grade.
